Horny Villa is a free-to-play adult merge-and-renovation game developed by GreenT and published by Nutaku Publishing, live on Steam since November 7, 2024. You take over a rundown seaside estate, merge matching items on a puzzle board to earn currency and materials, then fix up the property room by room while a rotating cast of women moves in.
It runs on Windows, Mac and Linux through Steam, in a browser with no install and as an Android APK, with progress synced on one account. The base game is free; optional purchases speed things up.
On Steam, Horny Villa is tagged Casual, RPG and Strategy on top of Free To Play — light merge-puzzle mechanics wrapped around a light management layer. You drag two matching items together to combine them into a higher-tier item, then spend the coins, tools and energy that produces on a running list of renovation tasks.
Repairing and decorating the villa unlocks new rooms, new areas of the estate and, over time, new characters. Steam also lists Trading Cards and Achievements, so a light collection layer runs next to the main loop.
Horny Villa carries Steam's adult content descriptors, and they don't understate things: the developer's notes say the game “graphically depicts sex” and flag crude language, sexual content and nudity as unsuitable for all ages or for viewing at work. Steam lists a single DLC: the official Horny Villa artbook, out since August 31, 2026 — art, character bios and design notes rather than new gameplay. New characters and cosmetics arrive through limited-time contract events and Battle Passes. The latest pass, announced September 15, 2026, runs to October 12 with the Mythic heroine Nyoki and a Becky skin as its main rewards; its announcement doesn't state a price.

From July 27 to August 10, 2026, Horny Villa also took part in Steam's Waifu Gala showcase, with five characters nominated across award categories and a voting-linked giveaway. Contract events share one shape: new or reskinned characters plus a themed decor item on a fixed end date.
Horny Villa suits players who like slow-burn management sims: queueing up merges, watching a repair list shrink and picking up a new character every week or two, with cross-platform sync between browser, Steam and Android.
It's a poor fit if you want deep tactical combat — the RPG and Strategy tags describe the character and reward layer more than a battle system — or a merge game without adult content.
