Looking for an adult game that actually came out on Steam this year — not a years-old staple with a 2026 patch note? These five did. All are free to play, built by different developers, and cover five different formats: a fantasy village-builder, mafia match-3, slot-casino spins, solitaire with romance and idle gang management. Below the list: what's still coming in 2026, and two December 2025 releases that missed the cut only by date.
How we ranked this
A game makes the list if Steam shows it as released with a release date in 2026 — not coming soon, and not a 2025 launch that is still getting updates. Partner games come first (here only Isekai: Waifu Overlord, which is also the newest release); within each group:
- released on Steam in calendar year 2026
- ranked by release date, newest first
- 2025 releases and coming-soon pages are covered in the sections below, not ranked
Partner games — the ones we earn a commission on, listed on our About page — come first; within each group the order follows the criteria above. No game pays for its position.

Isekai: Waifu Overlord is the most recent release on this list: it went from coming soon to released on Steam on September 25, 2026, for Windows and macOS, developed by Passion Panda and GreenT and published by Passion Panda Publishing. It is a fantasy village-builder with a squad of heroines, relationship levels, dates and animated 18+ scenes, and the Steam build launched with 22 interface languages, full English and Russian voice acting, 66 achievements and no DLC. Its first week brought three events and an Ophelia Battle Pass, but no patch notes yet. It also plays off Steam: on Nutaku since July 16, 2026 — browser, Android APK and iOS sideload — and as a standalone browser build. The full profile covers its availability in Germany and both spec sheets.
Best for: Readers who want the single freshest 2026 release, playable on Steam or in a browser.

Mafia Queens is the second-newest release here: NIFCOR KFT shipped it for Windows and macOS on August 14, 2026, published by Passion Panda Publishing, pairing match-3 puzzle boards with a dialogue-driven mafia-family story the developer frames as an interactive comic. Its first two announcements bracket the launch itself — an August 11, 2026 post announcing the release date at 40,000 wishlists, and the August 14 launch post marking 50,000. After four quiet weeks the pace picked up: a major update on September 11 added the heroine Chloe with three new scenes, and weekly character drops followed through September 24. Steam lists no DLC, and no browser or Android version has been announced. The full profile covers its content descriptors and system requirements.
Best for: Readers who want a recent match-3 release whose post-launch updates have just begun.
-
Wet Wealth launched for Windows on June 12, 2026, developed by Lewd Labs and published by Passion Panda Publishing, built around a slot-style spin mechanic that funds a growing roster of characters. Two updates stand out since launch: the Waifu Gala event, announced July 27, 2026 and running through August 10 with a one-time Steam promo code, and the much larger Wet Hospital update of August 8, 2026, which added a new location, three new characters, a Match-3 mode alongside the spin loop, a Battle Pass and a Hot Shot event. Steam lists no DLC and Windows as the only platform, and no browser or mobile version has been announced. See the full profile for its content descriptors and requirements.
Best for: Readers who want proof of active post-launch support rather than just a launch-day promise.
-
U Master released Milf Solitaire: Lust Collector for Windows and macOS on April 30, 2026, co-published by U Master and Passion Panda Publishing, pairing patience-style card clearing with a flirtatious, choice-driven layer. Its only Steam announcement is the launch post from release day; in the five months since, no event, patch or roadmap post has followed, so there is no update rhythm to describe yet. Steam lists no DLC and 22 interface languages, tied with Isekai: Waifu Overlord for the widest reach on this list, and no browser or Android version has been announced. The game's profile covers its content descriptors and full requirements.
Best for: Readers who want the broadest language support and don't mind a short update history.

Amazed Studio released Lustquake Legion for Windows on April 27, 2026, published by Passion Panda Publishing: an idle management game about running a criminal gang, with loot-box recruitment, a PvP arena and rotating limited-time events. Between May 22 and July 21, 2026 the developer posted at least twelve dated announcements — mostly small hot-fixes, plus a heavier June 2 combat rework spanning the arena and an area called the wastelands, and a June 4 multi-run addition to Street Exploration. After eight quiet weeks, a September 17 fix addressed event progress that could reset, with localization updates. Steam lists no DLC and Windows as the only platform. Its own profile has the full patch history and requirements.
Best for: Readers who want the longest run of dated post-launch patches among this year's releases.
Coming soon: what's next in 2026
Lust Frontiers, Pochemu's tactical squad RPG, has a Steam page marked coming soon but no release date yet. Isekai: Waifu Overlord sat in this section until its Steam release on September 25, 2026 and now leads the list above.
Two Hooligapps titles are also marked coming soon and are already playable off Steam. Lust Age's Steam page lists only “2026” as a release window; Nudus is dated November 11, 2026. Each has had a separate Steam demo since June 14, 2026, during Steam Next Fest, and each runs right now in a browser, with no download, at the developer's own site. Instead of code giveaways, Hooligapps ran wishlist-milestone campaigns: posts on July 20 (Lust Age) and July 29, 2026 (Nudus) unlocked a launch-day bundle past 25,000 wishlists, with further rewards promised at 30,000 and 35,000.
Late-2025 releases worth knowing
Two more titles miss this list only by the calendar. Passion Industry, BarHat Games' merge-and-dating-sim hybrid, released on Steam on December 8, 2025 and has kept up a near-monthly run of new characters well into 2026. Slut Squad, from Passion Panda and GreenT, released December 1, 2025, ran a dense burst of limited-time character events through mid-June, went quiet for ten weeks, then returned with events on August 28 and September 25, 2026. Both are still active enough to be worth a look.
Frequently asked questions
Which of these is the newest release?
Isekai: Waifu Overlord, released on Steam on September 25, 2026 — developed by Passion Panda and GreenT, published by Passion Panda Publishing. Mafia Queens, released August 14, 2026, comes next.
Are the 2026 releases finished games or early access?
None of the five carries Steam's Early Access tag, and Steam lists all five as released rather than coming soon or in early access.
What does “free to play” mean for these five games?
All five install and launch at no cost — Steam lists no purchase price for any of them. Each also lists In-App Purchases as a Steam category, while none of the five has any paid DLC on Steam.
Are there any active promo codes among these games?
No. The only code announced for these five was Waifu, for Wet Wealth: announced July 27, 2026 and valid through August 10, 2026 for the Waifu Gala event, a window that has since closed. Isekai: Waifu Overlord, Lustquake Legion, Milf Solitaire and Mafia Queens have announced none. Check the codes page for anything newer.
Do Passion Industry or Slut Squad count as 2026 releases?
No — Passion Industry released on December 8, 2025 and Slut Squad on December 1, 2025, so both fall outside this 2026-only list, even though both are still actively updated. See their own profiles: Passion Industry and Slut Squad.
