Free Adult Games for macOS — and the One With a Linux Build
Steam's own platform tags say which of these free adult games install on a Mac without any workaround, and which reach further still with a native Linux build. This list is for Mac and Linux Steam users who want to skip Windows-only titles entirely rather than gamble on compatibility layers.
How this list was made
A game qualifies only if two things are both true in data/games.json: its platforms field includes mac, and its steam_status is released, not coming soon. Seven catalog games clear that bar: Lust Goddess, Passion Industry, Horny Villa, Everlusting Life, Mafia Queens, Milf Solitaire and Slut Squad. Lust Frontiers is excluded outright, not just placed last — Steam has published no platform data for it yet, so Mac support can't be verified while it remains unreleased.
Ordering: the four qualifying titles whose developers run a partner program we take part in — Horny Villa, Everlusting Life, Lust Goddess and Passion Industry — come first, a commercial grouping disclosed here and on our About page. Within each group, two rules apply in order:
- Linux support first. Only one qualifying game, Horny Villa, ships a native Linux build alongside Windows and Mac, so it leads regardless of update date.
- Then, most recent Steam announcement first. The rest are ordered by the newest dated post in the announcement feed we track for each game; a tie on that date is broken by whichever game's next-most-recent post is more recent.
Review scores play no part in the order, and none appear on this page.

Horny Villa is the only game here with a native Linux build, alongside Windows and Mac — Steam's platform data lists all three for developer GreenT's game, published by Nutaku Publishing since November 7, 2024. That third platform is why it leads this list regardless of update date.
Steam's requirements block spells out a Windows spec only: minimum needs Windows 10 or 11, an SSE2-capable x86/x64 CPU, 8 GB RAM, a DirectX 9-class graphics card and 2 GB storage, stepping up to a Ryzen 7 4800H-class chip and a GTX 1660 Ti recommended. Steam publishes no separate Mac or Linux requirements for it. The game carries a zero DLC count, and its content descriptors flag graphic sexual content and nudity, adults only. Everlusting Life runs on Windows and Mac through Steam, per developer and publisher Pochemu LTD's own platform listing; it has no Linux build. The auto-chess RPG launched May 8, 2025, and Steam currently lists 32 paid DLC entries on top of the free base game.
Steam's requirements text for it describes a Windows setup only: minimum asks for 64-bit Windows 7, an Intel Core i3-6100-class CPU, 4 GB RAM, Intel HD Graphics 530-class graphics and 4 GB storage, while recommended steps up to Windows 10, a Core i5-9600K-class chip, 8 GB RAM and a GTX 1050-class GPU — Steam does not publish a separate Mac specification. Content descriptors note every character is over 20 and flag explicit nudity, violence and sexual acts. Lust Goddess runs on Windows and Mac through Steam, with no Linux build listed, from developer and publisher Pochemu LTD. It released February 21, 2024, and Steam's store page lists 53 separate paid DLC entries — the deepest DLC catalog of any game here — alongside the free base game.
Steam's requirements text is Windows-only and thin: minimum needs a 64-bit processor and OS starting at Windows 7, DirectX 9 and 4 GB storage, while the recommended tier only repeats the 64-bit processor and OS line with no further detail; Steam does not publish a separate Mac specification. Windows-only titles in the catalog
Three released games in this catalog list Windows as the only platform in Steam's own data, so none appear above: Lustquake Legion, an idle gang-management clicker released April 27, 2026; Wet Wealth, a slot-style spin game released June 12, 2026; and Harem of Lust: Battle Cards, a collectible card game released July 16, 2025. Steam lists no Mac or Linux build for any of the three.
A fourth title, Isekai: Waifu Overlord, is also Windows-only per Steam's data, but its status is coming_soon with a September 16, 2026 release date, so it sits outside this list on two counts, not one.
Playing Windows-only adult games on a Mac
If a game you want isn't on the list above, Steam's store page still lets you check platform support before you buy — look for the Windows, Mac and Linux icons on the page itself rather than trusting a screenshot or a review. That's the same platform field this page draws its eligibility from.
Beyond that, AfterDark Plays makes no promises. General-purpose Windows-compatibility tools exist for macOS, and Valve's own Proton layer targets SteamOS and Linux rather than macOS, but none of it is certified by Steam's listing for the Windows-only games above, and results vary by title and hardware. If native support matters to you, the store page's own platform icon is still the safest check, not a third-party compatibility claim.
